Answers
Q: I have a question about a
product I ordered. Who do I contact?
A: Email us with any questions, we try to respond to
all inquires within 24 hours on working days. You
may call us as well.
Q: I would like to receive my products
on DVD. Can I download them as well?
A: No. We
do not have the training material available for download at this time.
The eight (8) plus hours of video takes up a significant amount of space
and therefore would take a significant amount of time to download as
well.
Q: Do you ship to my
country?
A: Probably. We ship all over the world including:
Australia, Germany, UK, France, Africa, Canada, Poland, New Zealand,
Holland, Austria, Belgium, Mexico, Japan, Italy, Norway Etc. Contact us
if you would like to make sure. We will not process orders that we know
can't be shipped and if a package is returned we will refund total
purchase price if we are unable to ship. In
some cases, we will need to compete a "customs" sheet for this item.
Q: Can I order by phone?
A: Yes. We prefer online orders because they work
directly with our inventory system but if you would like to order over
the phone please send us an email and a representative will call you to
order or send you our phone number.
Q: I have Damaged or Bad Media, what should I
do?
A: Please contact us and we will arrange additional
working copies for free of course.
Q: There are 6 or so people
that would like to use the training DVD at the same time.
A: Please
remember the KnowGIS training series is copyrighted.
Please purchase the multi-user pack if more than one person plans to use
the training.
Q: I'm using an older
computer with an older DVD player. It seems to read the DVD but it
is slow..
A:
This can
happen and may cause the FLASH player to pause or "skip". If this
happens, create a directory on your hard drive and copy the entire
contents of the DVD onto your hard drive. Then, run the player
from your hard drive.
